Is my data secure?

LEAP Conveyancer’s cloud infrastructure is maintained by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in multiple unmarked facilities within the Sydney region. AWS is a leader in providing cloud computing for some of the world’s most security-sensitive businesses including many Australian banks and financial institutions.

What type of computer do I need?

LEAP Conveyancer runs on PCs using either Windows 7, 8.1 or 10, with 4 Gig of RAM and versions of Office including 2013 and above. We recommend completing a System Audit to compare the results with the LEAP Conveyancer System Requirements to ensure that your computer is compatible.

How quickly can I be up and running?

There are many factors that influence how quickly you can be up and running. Contact us for an accurate indication that is relevant to your practice.

What training is involved to learn how to use the software?

Installation and training is required to ensure you get the most out of your investment in LEAP Conveyancer. Training can be provided in person or online depending on the size of your firm. We also have monthly free training webinars and additional training packages so that you can continue your learning.

Does LEAP Conveyancer integrate with SRO forms?

We understand the VIC SRO are currently defining their IT requirements and are looking to integrate with software providers. At this stage we do not have a time frame. We shall keep our clients advised of any updates regarding the integration through the LEAP Forms Blog. Can I use LEAP Conveyancer for matters outside of the property areas of law?
